From looking at the map, and remembering where we were, I'd guess a hundred miles or two. Maybe less. The take-off site was near the horizon with us cruising at presumably 30,000 feet. Certainly I saw the flare and dimming of the rocket as the first stage rocket separated, and got a hint of the multiple rocket parts for a second after separation.
