I've tried saying it several times fast (in English & French pronunciations) & I still don't get it.

Interesting. I think they just wanted to make it sound french ie. classy but couldn't think of a decent pun. Maybe we should phone up with some suggestions.
eg. Le Tricolore (but mainly blonde)
