The more I think about this, the more I want to continue it. Do we know whatever happened to Warren? (Between the first and second episodes, he disappears and Stark shows up. I like Stark, too, but I miss Warren!)

I don't think so, in Many Happy Returns the only question that Jack asks Allison is if she's met the new director and visiteureka.net doesn't have any details on the character (though it is kind of lacking details altogether). I think you're free to have Warren go where ever!
