hi, No, I think a disclaimer won't help... As far as I have understood now they go for icons and interests, not for the actual content of the Lj. For example; they suspended a fashion com and a book discusion com because of the mentioning of lolita in their interests. Once in context of a fashion style and the other is the title of a russian book...

Yeah, I know. And my icons/interests are pretty benign. Still, it's the principle of the thing, so I put up this pseudo-disclaimer (including lots of things our government has done already!).

And I just included "constitutional law" and "first amendment" in my interests list. Grr.

Seems like sellers of these things simply have another model for generating revenue. To this end, I’ll look for other, less expensive, marketing tools. Thanks for this hard research.
