Of Teeth and Soaps

What's going on with my life? Let's see.

I just had a very, very painful extraction of the Third Molar a.k.a. The Wisdom Tooth. It had been growing in a diagonal direction rather than the desirable straight one. And now my left jaw is swollen and red, and I can't even open my mouth properly. Which is causing me to look rather alienish and hideous ( Read more... )

Oh, my gosh, you've discovered Korean dramas, too! :) (Shh...it's one of my secret guilty pleasures.)

I haven't seen "The Devil" yet (but I've heard good things about it), just glimpses of episodes here and there. Yes, I agree, it's very stylish.

(The actor who plays the lawyer is the lead of one of my most favorite drama, "Goong." You should check that one out, too. It's the light, odd-couple-falling-in-love variety.)

We both have our heads on the chopping block on the 29th. I refuse to think about it.

I hope your wisdom tooth extraction heals well.

It's soooooo good to hear from you. :)

I have seen Goong, and My Girl, Stairway to Heaven, Silence, It Started with a Kiss, Meteor Garden, Hana Yori Dango, Hana Kimi, Soulmates, 90 Days, stained glass, Kou Kou Kyoushi, Nodame Cantabile.... all in all, I've seen quite a lot.

Secret Guilty pleasure? Why should it be a 'secret'-- they are lovely dramas, good entertainment, good to look at. I'm always hunting for more.

Goong-- I love Goong, too. The theme of Nice-Common-Girl-Melts-Heart-Cold Handsome-Prince is pretty adorable. But my favourite is "Delightful Girl Choon Hyang". It's whacky and completely hilarious. LOL, I must have watched it a zillion times.

29th The Doomsday....

Well, "It Started with a Kiss," "Meteor Garden" and I think "Hana Kimi" are technically Taiwanese (I can watch them un-subbed) but Asian dramas in general are LOVE.

Let's not think about the 29th, let's daydream about the great sceneries and great entertainment.

P.S. If you haven't seen "Full House," you should. ;)

Shopping is beyond lame! As is getting wisdom teeth removed. >.< Gross.

My best friend at college is in love with Korean dramas. Crazy much so. From what I hear, they have the best plot lines.

And Korean Dramas-- They are not very long either. Just 20 episodes, one hour each, two days a week.
You can find many on YouTube, CrunchyRoll and VeohPlayer. I don't know if they are licensed or not; smirk.

It's been a while. :D

Hope things get better for you!

Ugh, teeth extractions. At least they're not braces! *grins*
