Bored at work because a bingo sheet-generating website did my last job for me...

So, for the first time this week, I'm a tiny bit bored at work, so I thought I'd post. Compared to last week, in which I managed to have a fight with a friend AND my kouchou, this week (and last weekend) has been pretty good.
Last Saturday I went with my new Japanese friend Yuuki and Matt to a restaurant she reccommended called Ma Maison. It was really good and we had a really good italian salad, some mushroom pizza, some pasta I can`t remember hte name of and some SEAFOOD GRATIN. I really like gratin. Like....it's hella good. But anyway we had originally planned to go to karaoke afterward, but we ended up just talking about a bunch of stuff for a long time and forgot about it, which was cool because I feel like I finally been able to break the language and the politeness barrier with at last ONE Japanese person. Plus afterward she took me to the movie rental store around here (in Mineyama) and helped me get a rental membership and show me how to rent movies! I'm so excited because every drama ever is there, plus tons of American movies...some of which are dubbed but many are subbed so it'll be like watching things in the US! I know I can download a lot of stuff, but if it's crazy of me to pay a little just for the satisfaction and feeling-at-home feeling I get from renting my own movies, then call the men in white coats, I suppose. XD Anyway, at Yuuki's reccomendation, I rented the first volume of Gokusen, which co-stars MatsuJun. (She knows I love Arashi by now, but she doesn't judge me for it....she's also a closet otaku I found out. NICE!)
All that aside, I watched the first episode of Gokusen (no subs, GANBAREEE!) last night and I love it already. It's about a new teacher that gets saddled with the WORST most DELINQUENT class in school and she has to tame them. But little do the students know, she's the heir to a ridiculously powerful yakuza family, and even though she seems meek, she's got a few surprises up her sleeve. MatsuJun...basically plays himself. Maybe a little more apathetic than real life, but she plays the cool kid who basically....thinks he's too cool to find anything interesting or worthwhile. Although he's also secretly smart which is different than JunJun IRL, LOL. Okay i don't KNOW that he's stupid, but when is someone that gorgeous ever SMART? Yeah, the series already makes me wish I had teacherly moments protecting my students and letting them know adults aren't so out-of-touch as they seem....although I hardly consider myself an adult....but I digress.
Talking about Gokusen reminds me of HOW MUCH SHIT I AM CURRENTLY WATCHING. It's insane. Let's enjoy (lol Engrishteacher!phrase) my current TV show/anime list:
Gokusen - (just started despite all the other crap)
Ryuusei no Kizuna - (Starring Nino-kun, who as I told Amy, has the dangerous power to make me forget momentarily about Masaki desu with a simple gaze.)
Celeb to Binbou Taro - Why, OH WHY do I love this show so much? Thx Ames, lol.
Himitsu no Arashi - Arashi's variety show which featured new half people last night. Awesome.
Soul Eater - can't watch it on TV but you bet your ass I watch it as soon as the sub comes out.
Bleach - Please. Just don't ask why it's still on here. Oh, the pain.
Gundam 00 S2 - the Second season is MUCH better than the first. Unlike Gundam SEED, where the first was better, but both kinda sucked. (Sorry Al! XD)
Tales of the Abyss - really good but seems SOOOO fast to me. Probably because it's just the story and not the trudging around in caves and dungeons for HOURS ON END. Amirite Jen? XDD
Junjou Romantica S2 - The gayest thing evar. Seriously. I'm not kidding.
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann - My motivation to watch this flew out the window when Al (a.k.a THE SPOILER >.<) told me something I really didn't want to know.
Kuroshitsuji - Yep. I started watchin' it. Wanna fight about it???? Yaru ka, OMAE!?!?! Oh Grell. Oh Jun Fukuyama. ILU forevar.
Not to mention all the other things i have on my computer but haven't started yet, the most embarrassing of which (besides the porn.....no I'm kidding XD) is probably HS Musicals 1-3. I decided I need to watch them again, mostly because South Park made fun of it in their last episode and I didn't get all the jokes. Sad, I know. Plus I have this series that's like....some sci-fi thing my mom sent me....and she wants it back so I have to watch it and tell her what I thought....though it sounds kiiiiinda boring. Oh I also randomly started watching all of Daria online. I'm about to start season 4. WOO HOO! I love Jane and Trent sooo much. But really all the characters are good. That show is all about good ol' fashioned sarcasm and it's still surprisingly effective....plus the music they use in it gives me SUCH a middle school blast from the past. It's so great.
So yeah that turned out to be more about what I'm watching on TV lately. I can't believe that's enough for a whole post, LOL.
Oh, a friend of mine here wants me to watch her ferret over the Xmas holiday while she goes back to America....I am actually considering it, since I'm sure I'll be depressed during that time and a little furry thing might help fill the void. Hmmm.....I will think about it at least.
Okay I might write more later....who knows?
And then I saw thousands of millions crying for this man....and then I heard them mentioning my name...and leaving me the blame.
