Reminds me of the (in)famous naked person in the camel on a pack of Camel cigarettes.
And apparently that's not a photoshop, I checked several other sites and the bear is definitely there.
What kind of subliminal message are they sending with the image of a bear? Are they secretly trying to turn us all communist? Or just implying that Toblerone chocolates will make us sleepy all winter?

I believe the chocolate is made in Berne, which name has something to do with 'bears.'
