[[How's my driving? Although there are a thousand ways to define Kiriko's character, I play him a little bit differently. Instead of focusing on one particular canon (where details about him are scarce), I try to follow a combination of all Black Jack canons to get a more complete picture of the man.
For Young Kiriko at Niteo Nix, I mostly draw from his history in Black Jack 21 with a taste of Agent Orange (which makes him slightly AU).
The following is a list of all the elements I have used to create a complete adult Dr. Kiriko:]]
BLACK JACK MANGA CANON
-The timeline, 1974-1981, is the time period Dr. Kiriko is from.
-Kiriko killed his father (instead of Phoenix Disease claiming him, as in Black Jack 21).
-99% Water happened; skill with dynamite goes along with this.
-He's still in post-op of Gumma.
BLACK JACK 21 CANON
-His father, Dr. Edward Theodore George, is a world-reknown Doctor who was immortal.
-In turn, his last name is George.
-His lineage is Japanese Canadian and he once lived in Canada [as seen in Episode 11].
-Phoenix Disease exists.
BLACK JACK OVA CANON
-He's a composer.
-He lived on the run, unlike the affluent Black Jack.
-He's generally a nice guy when you don't piss him off.
-He is affectionate towards Michelle Rochasse. [I ship them forever ._.;;]
BLACK JACK TWO DOCTORS OF DARKNESS MOVIE CANON
-Everything in this movie happened. Just... everything.
