Having goals is fantastic, even long term ones.. but if your goals are delayed or don't quite work out, it's the little steps that you fall back on to feel as tho' you've accomplished something!
i feel very impatient too, especially being surrounded by [somewhat] successful people through school and friends/relatives. as long as you have a plan, i see no harm in breathing and letting loose. it's hard for me to accept at times too, but going out and having some fun does relieve me of the daily stresses and pressures (school, bills, debt, etc). as bill murray's doctor says in what about bob?, take baby steps. :)
