I love Cuddy, too. I adore her. I don't want to give her up.
But I've pretty much been thinking hard about this, and I've decided that it's not worth hanging around in a place where Cuddy isn't welcome to interact with House, all because some people who shall remain nameless are childish and want things their way. The House on TM writes a decent enough House, and I liked the idea of House keeping up to date with what happened in the episodes. Thought Cuddy could be a part of that.
But, noooo.
So. Bye bye, TM. The people who made TM worth it will be missed, greatly.
That's more or less what I assumed had happened. I'm sorry you have to go, but I also know what it's like to have put a great deal of effort into accomodating others and never see that effort reciprocated. At some point you just have to decide whether it's worth it or not.
Again, I'm so sorry things didn't work out.
(And Alan took an ok cupid quiz telling him which House character he was and got Cuddy...I just felt compelled to share.)
Yeah. I hate wank (and yet here I am, potentially causing it, lol), and I just can't be bothered trying to negotiate. I know I'll lose out in the end. I refuse to compromise my character because some people are just batshit deluded and refuse to grow up.
I'm going to really miss Alan. I love him to bits -- it's because of you that I'm hanging out for Boston Legal and The Practice to start next month on cable. *g*
I'm sorry things didn't work out, either. And really, maybe I'm the one losing out by not sticking around. But, then again, I'm too addicted to RP to not want to RP. And it's no fun if Cuddy can't harp on House. That's a huge part of Cuddy's job, and I felt I couldn't even write about her job in the prompts because of this one person who shall remain nameless who just can't grow up, especially after that big post was put up regarding House not interacting with Cuddy. I was extremely humiliated by that. It was uncalled for and, well, humiliating. I hadn't even DONE anything. I just looked at my f-list one day, and whoa.
( ... )
Yeah, I really make an effort to keep Alan in character--in fact, I tend to put that above all else, RP-wise--because if you can't play the character, what's the point? And it seems like you aren't free to have Cuddy be Cuddy here, so...yeah. I understand.
In happier news, I'm so glad to have gotten you to give BL and TP a try! They're fairly different shows, but they're both great.
(They have some similar qualities. Hahaha, which explains why he liked her. Wish they could've done more.)
Maybe we'll get to RP elsewhere sometime. *crosses fingers*
Well, there's no saying that they can't interact outside of TM! *g* Because, yeah. Shamelessly, I'd have to have seen where Cuddy and Alan actually went with whatever it was that they had/have. Lol.
Personally, I don't find your posting childish at all. I truly wish you weren't the only one to post something; believe me, I understand and wish something could be done about it. I noticed in your comments that you also play Wilson? If you're interested, fandom_muses needs one; our House fandom is amazing, and I'd love it if you applied over there. We already have Cuddy, House, and Cameron; if you'd like to join us, that would be all kinds of awesome. =)

I luff you. And all those other people who want to stir up trouble will do so anyway, just to stroke their own egos.
You're better than that, hon.

If there be wank, I don't care. More people are likely to agree with me than not, anyway, I'd say. xD

I've been on hiatus, trying to work out if it's worth staying, and the bottom line is: no, it's really not.
Thanks for being one of the people who is a good sport. ♥

I'm too stubborn and I love my character too much to give her up. Good for you for doing what you do.

Oooh. I thought fandom_muses already had a Wilson, though. But I will apply if you're sure there isn't a Wilson! I love playing him.
