While he doesn't think it is necessary for me to need a pacemaker for my slow heart-rate yet, he does think that things so far show I have a relatively healthy heart other than that. But, there is always one of those, isn't there? He is scheduling me for another 24 hour Holter Monitor test next ( Read more... )

Good luck on the tests. I hope they corroborate his idea that your heart's healthy except for the slow beat.

Thanks, Becca, I'm keeping my fingers crossed since the enzyme wasn't present in the blood-work they did for the two ER visits last week that was there when I had the inflammation/heart attacks in 2001/2002. I worry about that the most since my one grandfather died of that at 29. Pacemakers are common in my family, in fact I have a niece who has had one since she was 13 I think, so the slow rate could be hereditary too.

Sorry I've been so quiet, I have been following things with you, seems most days I'm just too tired or lazy to log-in though, which makes me an awful friend I know. Take care, here's to a better 2010 for all of us.

Thank you, Kia! I'll keep you posted on the health news. Here's hoping you have a great 2010 too.

Btw, I have a favor to ask of you, would you be willing to help me set up a Luka mood theme for this journal, and a Goran inspired one for my personal one? I know nothing about doing them myself but see you have one on yours. I'll be your bestest friend...lol.
