I need to mess with something while I do other work today and this should be less distracting than threading.
Kaistern (rottenarmsucks) 6/10
I really love playing Kaistern and I love the threads I do have with him. It's just that he's been here for a little over a year now and apparently that was how much time he needed to work through the ~issues~ he arrived with. For the longest time I knew there was no way I could drop him because he really didn't want to go. Being in camp meant not having to go home and die a slow and painful death. After Kaistern got over his initial wtf camp shock, he started seeing it as an opportunity to finish the quest he was on and maybe find a way to heal himself in the process. But, yeah, hurr durr canon and he keeps circling back to the fact that he really does need to make the sacrifice but that it will be a sacrifice and not just a failure and pointless death. Tbh, he's getting worn out from the waiting. The main thing that's keeping Kaistern in camp right now is Rath. He loves his not!son and is not going to leave before he does. He's actually very appreciative of camp because it has given him so much extra time to spend with Rath and he's not going to waste that by leaving early, as much as the literally sitting around and waiting for death is starting to get to him.
Basically, I need to get him more CR. :|a Most of the characters he had good CR with either left or I just haven't tagged them much.
Kitchel (pinged4treasure) 8/10
I know that if I drop Kitchel I will miss playing her. She's so toppy and cheerful and I'm really comfortable with her voice, so it's always very easy for me to tag with her. Half the time when I use her account it's because I want to do something that requires little thinking and she a) doesn't generally think things through much and b) could hold up a conversation with a brick wall. Plus, she has some good friends in camp! I'm just not too sure what to do with her now, hence her lower score. I need to find some sort of plot and throw her in it. So, yeah, forever girl is safe, just needs to get out more.
Nowaki (dr-mcdere) 10/10
I think out of all of mine, Nowaki has the best CR, even boyfriend aside. It makes him happy. It makes me happy. ♥ It took me a while to get comfortable playing him but I was pinged hard by the character from the start and I'm still really enjoying him. There are actually a bunch of little things I want to do with him and I'm looking forward to doing them. Nowaki is safe for ever and ever~ ♥

Fuck, I finally get to play my Italian Renaissance man on the Internet. He's safe from being dropped like whoa. I was a little worried at first about how it would go with all the... really weird shit... and lack of bff, but I think the worst of the trying to figure out the culture shock is over and it went relatively well. He also has some CR that I'm really enjoying, and I like that it's not all as :D as with my others. I've also really enjoyed playing him as a child. It was very refreshing! And fun! And a good way to say a bunch of the things that older him thinks but would keep private! I'm not going to deage him again for a while, but this will definitely be a reoccurring event. The other thing that I like about playing him is that it's actually really helpful for me. Having him dialogue with other characters, especially about more complicated topics, helps me figure out and organize my own thoughts on his time period (since luckily enough I think his author and I subscribe to the same basic thesis). Anyway. So useful.
