Homemade kimchee-jeon project: qualified success.  Needs more/better kimchee, actual griddle, actual kochu karu.  Clearly a shopping trip is warranted.

Homemade blueberry cabernet sorbet project: muah hah hah hah.  It’s alive, Igor, it’s aliiiiive!  (Seriously, I may have to make several gallons of this.)

We all need to make sacrifices in the name of science.

Mine for today (well, really yesterday...today's the consumption) were:
  • Local Grown coffeecake made with barley flour, eggs, maple sugar and raspberries all produced in my local area. Damn good.
  • Raspberry lemonade. Yeah, I went berry picking yesterday. It is such a nice thing to do. If your circumstances don't allow you to grow your own food, picking it is a good second option.
