Okay, for the record, in case anyone was unclear on this, don't spend the day blacksmithing just as you're starting to recover from a miserable cold.  I felt okay-ish for most of the day while wielding a hammer, then got home, sat down, and had trouble getting up. Poo.

Along these same lines, I have discovered that when my arm is completely exhausted and about to fall off, it does not tell me. I had to infer this from things like my sudden inability to hit what I was aiming at.

It's just exhausting, and you don't feel it until you stop.
