Sleepless nights
Worked 39h since Thurs. And discovered beer at altitude follows one rule, only have one pint or get arseholed; cause anything more than one your gonna feel equally as shit!!! I HATE RHUMATOLOGY!!!!!!
Yes, just had long case with patient who had psoaritic arthritis with autoimmune liver disease and oodles of signs... Trouble is i rhum puts me to sleep.. I like acute medicine; Hearts, Neuro, Ortho etc.,...
