I know I'm a little behind the times here as b poeple are now giving reviews of Episode III, but, Ok, so I saw Episode II last night for the first time (On tele), and I must say, I didn't think it was that bad. Yeah, I only saw it for the second time last night, and, frankly, it was better than I remembered. I think - and I'm not sure on this - that Ep III is better, though I know Nic will disagree :) This one thing that Ep I does better is the final fight - probably the best sword-play of the entire series, in my opinion, though Sith does have some very nice work.

But what do you mean 'no Jar jar'!? I mean, he's the guy who gave Palpatine all that damned power! Argh!

Yeah, I guess I mean that Jar Jar is used well you only see him twice, and then he's used as the stupid pawn that he is, and then you forget about him.

I did really like the end fight in Ep II. I mean the Yoda bit was SOOO much better than I thought it would be, But did you see the bit where Anakin and Duku are fighting and it just cuts between their faces dooing "oohh" "Ahhh" expressions. What was that about?!

Yeah. that's exactly what I mean - Yoda and Dooku was great, but Anakin v Dooku just looked as though they couldn't really fight, so that's why they did the close ups.

That's exactly right!! I loved the Clones/Stormtroopers though!! Yoda ordering them around was TOPS!! Obi Wan and Anakin in the Drop Ship, TOPS!! Great Battle scene which I hadn't expected.
