I got response back, from friend of sister, and also sister. Puri is okay. She's being looked after. I won't post details on a public post, so e-mail for further detail, please, though I'll have to okay some of the stuff with her sister first. The important thing is that she's okay.

Her sister posted status update on her latest journal.

Good. I would have been happy to look into contact info if it weren't for the fact that nobody would trust me with her name(if known) but I'm glad things worked out without me.

Give my well wishes to the family, and inform her that even a person who didn't know her outside of her username was worried about her. I hate seeing emotional distress over the internet because it's so easy for someone to slip away without notice.
