I was honestly kinda shocked that a big-name brand was worse for melting than the store brand.

Grilled cheese is so good. I've heard the secret to a truly great grilled cheese is to spread mayo on the outside of the bread. Maybe I should have some grilled cheese to help use this stuff up...

I have made grilled cheese with mayo (instead of butter) and it. works.

But cheese that doesn't melt... isn't cheese.
