When I was born my father was a programmer for the Air Force. The guys working on the flight line in the winter used to huddle over the exhaust vents for the IBM 800* to keep warm.
Unlike the PR1ME though, this was good, old fashioned tube heat. Toasty!
*Called a model 800 because it had 800 _bits_ of (core!) memory. When they got the upgrade to the 1400 a few years later they wondered what they were going to do with all that extra memory...
