drabble_rikkai's Drabble Writing Free-For-All #1!
Now I suppose you all want to know how this works. It's simple, really! (I only make things sound complicated. They aren't really.)
I am about to give you a theme for this fortnight. What you will do is (hopefully) come up with a bunch of vague ideas or prompts featuring various people in Rikkai, and post them as comments to this entry.
For example: If the prompt for the week was, say, COLOURS:
- Yukimura/Yanagi, a debate over (the colour of) the sky.
- Team ensemble, someone is colour-blind.
- Marui-centric, include something red, something pink, and two orange objects.
The prompts can be practically anything. You could link to images, or post lyrics.
Comments will be visible to everyone to give you a chance ahead of time to look things over, and get some ideas! A MASTERLIST of all prompts will be posted within a few days (this is vague because we don't know how long it will take to get a good amount of prompts in, or how long the prompt-posting will last!)
There are no sign-ups, and you are under no obligation to write, we just thought it might be nice if you did ;) The more prompts you post, hopefully the more likely it is someone will pick one of yours and drabble it!
Please comment to the MASTERLIST post with your drabbles, and do put the prompt and requester somewhere in your comment; in the subject line perhaps. You can write as many drabbles as you like. The suggested word-count is 100-500 words, but if you get carried away with an idea it's all good; I'm sure the requester will still want to know it exists! Just drop us a link to whereever you post it!
All still here? Good. The theme for this fortnight is...
TRAVEL
(Some ideas within the theme we came up with include: naming countries, modes of travel or transport, how far someone's travelled in their life, literally and figuratively, visiting places, holidays and vacations. Though we hope you think of some too!)
I hope you have some ideas! Post any many as you like, they do not need to be in separate comments, as long as they are easily seen to be separate prompts, so that making up the masterlist is easier for us.
