Up, up, and away!

I went out to the Balloon Invitational yesterday, which happens to be across the street from my new place, and took somewhere around a 100 pictures. These were some of my favorites. Ellen was apparently on the crew for one of the rainbow colored balloons, but she'll have to point out which one it is later because there were about 10 rainbow

i totally clicked on you by accident from over on tqc. anyways, i'm so glad i did, because i think hot air balloons are so incredible cool. i can't decide if i would be too chicken to actually ride in one though. :/ but OMG, on that second picture, is the splashy thing in the water a fountain or the splash from someone who jumped out a balloon into the water??!?!?!?!

the 4th one is the one i usually crew for but mine didn't make the cut here - it was just yellow, red and blue. we only flew on friday evening. eep, work calls!
