I am so tired of getting artwork now... been shafted by four people for a while now. Good artists who just do shit for all the money I gave them or just disappear. Is there place I could post info about bad artists or something?

Thanks, but I doubt I will do it now. Highly doubt two popular artists will be effected much if I did it.

Even if it doesn't affect the artists, it makes other commissioners aware of what commissioning them is like. I say you should go ahead and post.

If you haven't sent them a message yet, you really should. Explain that you paid and expected to see something from them sooner; a lot of artists will forget (or 'forget'). It's no excuse at all.

If they're seriously shafting you, then yeah, you should post up at artist_beware, especially if they're popular artists. Some of them will get spurred to action by seeing their precious reputations threatened, but most if not all of the resolutions I've seen from there were 'Oh I forgot and you didn't send me any notes/emails/whatever', so definitely try that.

I hope you don't mean me? :( I've been working on yours and trying to keep you updated, and I'm still more than happy to refund you and complete the work. I know I'm way slow but I don't ever try to hide that fact, or let myself be out of touch - I'm always willing to give updates and whatnot.
