I fail to see what the big deal is, Potter.

I just don't think it's...necessary.

Well, I don't believe that limiting my pork intake is necessary, and yet.

Stuff it, Potter. Where did you put my bacon flavored popcorn, anyway?

Birthdays are for family.

And seeing as the man's got no family, I elected to adopt him for the day.

Maxwell is a little old to be adopted.

Don't be difficult. I, unlike your savior of the universe arse, am a bit lacking in the casual friends category. Besides, if he turns up with a suitably girly gift for Muffin, even better. She enjoys the attention, and Maxwell will enjoy the baked goods and good company. I do hope he's a bit neater about ingesting the cake than these ruffians, at any rate.

He won't even know anyone besides us. It'll be awkward.

You giving him those bloody unwelcoming glances will make it awkward. He knows a handful of people from Widdleton---Mrs. Weasley's latest agenda is to fatten him up, so I'm certain she will be up his arse with a plate of cupcakes for most of the afternoon.

Well maybe you'll get lucky and he'll bring you some bacon. Again.
