Still alive

So depressed lately. Been taking a vacation from pretty much everything. Also, feverishly trying to troll up a job on Craigslist, to no avail - the very few successful finds lose me once it's apparent that I have phone phobia. What a motherfucker this world of ours is. Finding a way to get income is so easy in MMOGs ( Read more... )

Did you talk to an advisor about going back to college in the fall?

Also, what exactly does your first blogspot message mean? I can’t read Occitan.

I’ve seen the first episode of Bakemonogatari. Does the show become drastically different after the first episode? I thought the first episode was acceptable but nothing really stood out to me except the stapler-in-mouth routine and the idea of girls falling from the stairs. Hell, if the entire anime was about girls falling from glass spiral staircases, I would still be watching it.

Unfortunately not, and I'm afriad there are some other priorities at the moment... I need to somehow get a job before sometime in April, or I'll have to leave NYC for Long Island. Bah, I figured it was Latin. For some reason Google Translate said it was Occitan.

I guess I’ll give Bakemonogatari another shot then. I prefer the fucked up bizarreness of Soul Taker to Bakemonogatari (so far). But I liked Always my Santa so my taste in anime is questionable. Best (trashy) anime of the last decade?

Actually, I thought the girl’s apparent weightlessness could have represented that she simply does not exist: she is the main character’s fantasy. But I was proved wrong about ten minutes into the first episode.
