Hi all,

So, OK, I slept a lot and, in truth was all set to do some writing until the mail came. And the new Hamilton book was delivered. And yeah, day was shot after that. Or rather it wasn’t but my eyes are now because I’ve been reading non-stop.

Gee, that was quite thorough!
Sooo, what did YOU think of Olaf's romantic overture?
LOL

HOW did she sleep after writing that part? Ick!

And I LOL'd after Donovan left. I love his two inadvertant presents.

Yeah, this book was fun and so is your review. Thanks for cluing me in!

Thanks so much for reading! dracschick June 23 2007, 03:40:02 UTC
I like the Olaf character. He's insane and dangerous but you can't help but like him in a way.

Hi, I hope it's okay that I'm asking this but I heard a rumor that Anita ends up having sex with Rafael and I was just wondering if that was true and how that actually worked in the novel. I know I could read the book but I'm still leery of spending the money - sad, I know. So if you wouldn't mind...could you tell me? I'd appreciate it.

Oh, and your review was lovely and helpful. Thank you. :)

Thanks and yes........ dracschick June 26 2007, 04:12:57 UTC
that does happen. I'm sorry I don't remember all the details (it's been a little while since I've read the book) but the sexy scenes do follow logically.

Basically, Anita is like a pagan Goddess now and having sex with her will give the shapeshifter group power if the king of that group has sex with her. Actually, I like this setup better because it's not just Blake controlling the ardeur but rather, it's a little more mythical which is a good thing IMO:)

Well, at least it's logical. Tragic...but logical. I always liked that they never hooked up but at least there's a reason behind it, not nameless sex. Thanks so much for the quick reply. :)
