Ok the whole depression thing I think is behind me for the time being and I do think Mary was right (BTW don't know if you dislike people spelling your name like that I just type it that way for ease so if you have a problem with it let me know) anyway she was right I don't really do anything to help myself in the whole depression area, It is just

i didnt feel like signing in, but hell, its not like im saying TELL THEM EVERYTHING, but i do know that I regret not telling my shrink more, like bout the me and sis situation and my bro etc etc. I wish I would have said more and maybe I would be well on my way to recovery, but to me anything is worth a shot. Don't let it be too late for you, do wats truly best. Dont let ur life suck and go to waste. Only you can control how you feel and what you do. I want you to be the best you can be so go do it! You mean bunches to me and I've known you for ages so I reaaly dont want anything bad to happen to you. You may not realize this but it reaaly upsets me when you do things to hurt yourself. I drastically cut down on my self destructive behaviours, no pun intended, for the benefit of my friends so they wouldn't worry bout me, but also for myself to. You can't be happy unless you find a will inside to be happy. Be you, YOU can be ok so pls try?
