Yes I think the debate with hamsters was that they were thinking about starting a union and, you know.. we can't let them do that. Besides the children were more passive and accepting to do their work.

Good points. I think another important point is that hamsters taste like chicken. Anything that tastes like chicken should never try to take on humans.
