On what to do with my life (or at least college career)

  • Finish Illustration degree (can graduate this year)
  • Switch to Medical Illustration (can possibly graduate this year, most likely next year)
  • Overlapping degree Illustration and _________ (will take forever)
  • Dual Degrees--Illustration and _________ (probably almost the same as above since nothing overlaps)
  • Overlapping/Dual Degrees in ( Read more... )

Whoa. That is stressed. I think you should switch to medical illustration, that sounds neat.

In other news, I am bringing my car up to Ithaca this year and so we can hang out more often! Hooray!

Sorry about classes... :( Let me know if I can help! I think the medical illustration sounds interesting, but I don't know much about it.

Have you thought about design? Industrial Design in particular actually involves quite a bit of drawing, and I bet you already have a lot of credits towards it. They're a lot more hands-on than us graphics people, and a lot of their projects involve a -lot- of research from what I understand. I'm not sure, just an idea ^^;

But on a more serious note, I have worked as a designer, as well as taken classes, and based on this, I am very sure that also is not what I want to spend my whole life doing.
