I feel for her, but Ron is right. Not only that, but if your cat doesn't get along with hers then it is entirely unfair to your cat to force him to deal. It's his house afterall.
Also, if the cat is old, sick, and potentially on the verge of death then the cat's owner should not ask anyone else to take on the burden of care. It's too much to ask and if anything were to happen to the cat it could damage your relationship with her.
Actually, the interaction between my cat and her cats has damaged out relationship in the past. She is working some things out, so hopefully, I won't have to deal with it for long or maybe at all.
