So I went to the new cardiologist yesterday. I had to fast for 12 hours. By the time they took my blood, I hadn't eaten in over 16 hours. They took 8 tubes of blood and I am positive they only needed 7. The tech was confused and didn't have a label for the last tube. I'm pretty sure, that after having had that much blood taken, I could have used

I had never fainted...ever...until I had mono and they drew a number of tubes of blood in a similar debacle, and I completely passed out.

A really nice nurse was there when I came to and said I was in no condition to drive and made me drink a can of grape juice and eat some saltines before I got back in my car and drove home. That was a scary drive though.
