So I have realized that this last year has been one of the worst I had in a long time as far as depression goes. I have also realized what an affect this has on my life. I have migraines a lot. So I have had a migraine for the past two days. So bad that I couldn't get out of bed, so I missed two days of work. Two weeks ago I missed two days of work because I was throwing for three days. I'm worried that they will get sick of me being gone ever through I can't help it.

I need to get on lj more. I always miss things.

My place of employment has changed their internet policing system. Sometimes I can get on LJ, sometimes I cannot. Of course, the moments that I really want to I can't. Sometimes I stay home from work because I have a “headache”, when it’s really because I just can’t face the world. I end up with a headache in the end, so it works out. That was my day Tuesday. I wish that I could sort through my thoughts to say what I want to say, what I feel without upsetting anyone. Can I be vague enough to get my feelings out without alerting anyone?
