isn't it worth being bitchy if it gets the point across and the job done? if you are bitchy enough, she will fear future getting-bitch-at sessions and you will have a higher rate for continued success.

also, if you think about it in terms that SHE is being a bitch by doing all those things, then she really deserves it. Just because it's silent bitchery does not exclude it from being categorized as bitchiness (also, I am glad spell check recognizes bitchiness as a real word).
