I need to stop having conversations on the phone with Jeff that end with "Oh, sh!t, I gotta go!" or words to that effect.

After a very hot weekend, it's really nice to cool down.  Last Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Portland was hovering by, or passing, the three digit mark.  I was off on Thursday, but it was still a rather hot day in my un-airconditioned house.  Friday, it hit 103 or so outside, and it was a lot hotter than that in the kitchen all night at work.  I ( Read more... )

Got a little hot today.  The temperature on the hot line at work today was about 120 for several hours, and since it was a slow night, I didn't even have all of my burners turned on all of the time.  At nine, when it was starting to get dark outside, it was still 108 on my station.  Yeah, it was a bit war at work today for me ( Read more... )

I went and visited my dentist on Saturday for the first time in about two years.  I've had them cleaned since then (in Feb 07 right before the dentist left station, and again in October, right before I left, but that was by Mel, the nurse practitioner (or some similar title that I can't remember), but I was a bit worried that I would go in and get ( Read more... )

I've got some pictures and vid clips that I took down in Stayton with Jeff and Tim for Independence Day on my photobucket now.

Oh, and I edited the video I took from Cinnamon's wedding reception (but not the actual ceremony, yet), but that is not uploaded onto photobucket (at least not at the time of this post).

 Okay, I have uploaded the pictures, but not video, that I took of Cinnamon's wedding onto my photobucket.

I'm not sure when I'll get to trying to figure out how to edit the videos.

I also took video and pictures from the Stayton 4th of July firework show and Jeff, Tim, and my celebration down there, so those may also make it onto my page later.
