Meh, that's what college is about. Raising you up a bit and then tearing down your confidence in yourself, so long as you pick a good major. Hell, just last week I was told my my work on a song I prepared was horrible and wasn't really work at all. Pretty sweet, huh?

You know what? You could give me 8 hours and I couldn't even write 2 words in Japanese.

Sleep lots, work on things a bit, and always ALWAYS ALWAYS!!!! ask for help from teachers if you're struggling in their classes. I speak from experience when I say that most teachers would rather put in the time to help you out than watch you get frustrated and quit.

thanks so much, I actually feel so much better after sleep. (amazing what 5 hours can do isnt it) but yeah, turns out all that work was for naught, because she did it and put it on the course site and told us she thought it was too hard for us after looking at it again.

the good news is, she told us that anyone who had done it would get extra credit for what they did.
