For all intents and purposes, yes. I'm fairly certain it's only the effects of one of the "viruses" that tend to sweep the community, however.

... "Virus"? I've never heard of a virus that induces symptoms of pregnancy.

It's a clumsy term at best. Community viruses are not true viruses at all, but rather...afflictions that tend to plague many of the members simultaneously. This one, apparently, mimics pregnancy in anyone affected.
