Geese In Spring, Part III: Remedy (1/?) anonymous July 12 2010, 22:04:53 UTC
Marching on after being a bit distracted last week. Sorry for the slow!Zevran glanced sidelong at Devin as the two of them moved quietly through the forest. It had taken so little time for the mage to pick up the trick of where and how to set his feet down that Zevran suspected he'd learned this before, despite his claims to the contrary. Even for a Grey Warden, that was fairly impressive, in the hunter's eyes -- what need did a mage really have for stealth? And yet Devin was determined to employ this skill, just as he had been determined to go on patrol with Zevran, regardless of the fact that Alarem thought it was too soon ( ... )

"You're holding back," the elf admonished him, before slowly swirling his tongue around the head of Devin's shaft.

The mage couldn't answer the accusation immediately as his breath caught in his throat. As it was, the pointed comment startled the truth out of him, some part of him wanting to justify why he wasn't giving in fully to Zevran's clear expertise. "I... I'm not supposed--"

"You're not supposed to be so... open in your enjoyment?" Devin tensed as the hunter propped himself up slightly to look him in the eye. "Yes, my Warden, I know something about how that game is played. But that is not what we are playing, here."

He bent down again to plant a kiss on Devin's tip, lips slightly parted, as if he might open his mouth... but he pulled away instead, causing the mage to let out a hiss of frustration. "There," the elf said, satisfaction in his tone, "that is what I want to hear. Be honest with me, encantador.That simple sentence pierced through over a year's worth of defensive barriers, leaving the Warden feeling exposed ( ... )

A slow, deliberate stroke inside of him was all it took to push him over the edge. He cried out as he came, he knew, although what words fell from his lips, he couldn't say; his release was so intense that he thought he might have lost consciousness for a moment. In a daze, he felt Zevran swallow around him before slowly pulling away, licking away the last traces of seed from the tip of his arousal. Then the elf withdrew his fingers, and Devin was left feeling both empty and spent, panting softly.

Even with his eyes closed, he sensed a shadow over his face, and he looked up to see the hunter leaning over him, regarding him with a searching look.

"Was that honest enough for you?" the Warden asked, reaching up to trace the vallaslin on Zevran's cheek ( ... )

Writeanon here -- can't quite tell if previous comments (thank you ♥ ) meant the entire story or not -- but "Geese" isn't done quite yet ;) Hopefully the next chapter won't take so long, and if I've really got my stuff together, it will be the final chapter. We'll see, though. ^_^;
