Hmmmm. My honesty would kick in if there was an actual way to ID the former owner of the cash. There were a couple of times when I ran into twenties that obviously _couldn't_ be identified by owner since they weren't in wallets.

I kept 'em both.

And believe me, I was definitely keeping the second one since it was only by stomping on it on the Montrose Blue Line platform. I probably prevented some dope from getting hit by a train later on if it got blown on the tracks by the wind.
