Could I ask for an extra week? I have the plan done and about 2,500 words, but this is going to be more than a 5,000 word story, and at the moment it is flowing like tar. My beta has been a bit occupied, but with luck her input in the next couple of days will help me get unstuck!

Sure, you can have an extension. You'll have till the 16th to send in your rough draft.

Excellent - thank you! My life was further complicated when I remembered mid-way through this morning that I have people coming to my house for painting instruction and tea *tomorrow*. Cue frantic shopping!

Up until last week I was working on a few other challenges and ended up forgetting about this :( Is there any way I could get an extension?
