A Drawing's Perspective
A Kairi/Namine Story

Disclaimer: I do not own any of the characters from Kingdom Hearts/Kingdom Hearts 2. They belong to Square-Enix and Tetsuya Nomura.

...Tap tap...

...Scratch scratch...

The drawing was almost complete. The form of a young boy’s face was finally beginning to take shape. The thin pencil etches showed the slight curve of his chin to his ears. His spiky hair was in the correct proportion, and everything looked intact. The artist of the drawing smiled to themself, and looked up from their sketch. There, standing in front of the artist just as if he had come out of the drawing, was the boy. The artist looked back down, and thinly drew the outline of what seem to be a glass enclosed flower, which was blooming. The young boy was lifted up from the ground, and in an instant was placed in a glass encased flower.

“What is this?! Who are you?!” He tried to scream through the glass barrier. The artist closed their sketchbook, and stood up from their seat. “It is time...Sora. Your journey is only beginning.” With those words, the flower seemed to have exploded, and Sora was gone. The artist turned their back towards where he had once been standing, and muttered something under their breath. There is much more to the light then you understand now...You shall see...soon... The blonde hair in front of the artist’s face fell in front, and they pushed it back behind their ear. A black, dark hole appeared from behind the chair, and a dark cloaked figure stepped out of it.

“So...I see he has shown up then...” said the deep voice beneath the cloak. “Yes...sir. I believe he is witnessing Roxas’ life as of now...” said the artist, a bit of stuttering in their voice. “Good...good.” The cloaked figure placed a hand on the artist’s shoulder. “I’m proud of you....Namine. Now, go to witness the other young girl. Kairi. She will be with us very soon.” “Yes sir.” Namine said, as she nodded her head respectively.

This is only the beginning...
