Well, we're finally done with the glasses saga. We also do finally have one good thing to say about Visionworks - their "no hassle 100% money back guarantee" actually is hassle free. Walked in, they didn't even ask us why, just started processing the refunds (although to be fair, it was the same guys who joked about putting Jen on the payroll last ( Read more... )

Considering what they miss in Jen exam they should have given a refund. Well at lest you do not have to deal with that place any more. I would like to thank you for being guinea pigs for all of us who have not gone there. As a result we know not to go there.

Actually, it was my exam they missed something in - I think they got Jen's prescription right, but couldn't for their lives actually get the lenses right.
