I went to Da Vinci Code (shut up. it was a gift for my mom) and at the end they are in a cellar full of rare books- ancient fucking things chronicling the Morgovians or whatever the fuck and they are in the must, non-climate controlled tomb and I kept shouting- WTF! Bill would be so pissed.

Yeah, Bill will be pissed. My mom and I are one of the last two people on the entire planet that have not read TDVC. Do they explain why the books are in a musty tomb and not a climate controlled environment? Maybe the books are so crazy that they want them to disentegrate?

I thought of Bill when I saw the gawdawful Ninth Gate with Johnny Dep and that French chick with the hideous eyebrows. Johnny Dep is a rare books dealer that picks up rare books with his bare hands while chain smoking cigarettes and then blows smokes at the books. Cuz hey, Johnny smashed up that hotel room, why wouldn't he blow cigarette smoke at rare books?

Good luck with the interview. I heard the writing in the DVC sucked and that it was super predictable so I didn't read it. But when it started being in the news alot again a few weeks ago I read the book synopsis on Wikipedia. Not super exciting.
