I'm at the point where even the sound of your voice sends me into a violent rage yet there is nothing I can do about it but live through it. I'm so sick of being treated like this but I'm really starting to believe I'm useless, unimportant, and will never be good enough. I hope thats not a bad sign, because if it were it would be neon.

Judging from personal perspicacity, your previous castigations are indeed false.

You are a wonderful person, and you have to prove this to no one but yourself.

Try to keep that in mind.
