I celebrated my 3rd year of retirement with sundaes. Randi and I have a "special event" sundae that we use for birthdays, Christmas/New Year, and, of course, my retirement day. The sundae consists of equal scoops of coffee and rocky road ice cream (Blue Bell), topped with Cool Whip, drizzled with Hershey's Special Dark chocolate syrup, and covered

Congratulations on reaching your third year of retirement! The sundaes sound delicious!

Let me know when your books are published. I'm very interested in reading them, although I have so many books ahead of me that I don't know how long it will be before I get to them.

Good luck with your writing, and with getting your house in order. Both are, indeed, ongoing tasks, although the former is much more appealing than the latter, I imagine. :)
