From some symptoms I had (specifically, nausea when I went to bed unless I'd eaten something first, but no heartburn), I thought I had a duodenal ulcer. This was a while ago, and tests showed I didn't have that, but I did have acid reflux. I have a prescription for it, but it's not helping much
