After having completed Outward Bound Discovery's New Staff Training 74, here is my schedule for the rest of the calendar year:

So you're done with training now? You can go out as an instructor?

I'm done with "basic training". The next step is their "Instructor Practicum", which is an paid* internship during which I will be a third Instructor on one or two courses (depending on how long it takes to be promoted to Assistant Instructor).

So, to answer your question: yes, I can go out as an Instructor now.

*Although I do get paid, it's not much, even by Non-Profit standards. I'll be able to make a living once I become an Assistant Instructor.
