Still Recovering!

With the help of ephemeralnoir I was able to deduce that I do/did in fact have the H1N1 thingy. Boy was it nasty too! I'm still feeling insanely tired and weak but I do feel lots better now that my fever broke. I had a fever for 5 days in a row that was so awful! Anyway I'm hoping to return fully to the land of the living soon!

So sorry you've been ill ~ the H1N1 can be nasty. But are you aware that people are more likely to die from seasonal 'flu than from the H1N1 variety? It's hardly relevant now (to you) but it's good to pass the info on because there's been so much unnecessary scare-mongering around swine flu. The world-wide death rate is very low.

It is indeed nasty. But I wasn't worried about dying. I wasn't buying the media scare tactics. In fact, that's why I forgot it existed. And I'm not the least bit surprised that the seasonal flu is more dangerous. But thanks for the heads up. This made me feel better when I read it. :)

I had H1N1...it sucked..I honestly felt like I was going to die - mostly from the fever, i was hallucinating. But I knew fevers are good...but omg..

Feel better, drink lots, and then drink more...and then drink more..

LOL! Yes, I've been drinking like crazy! It totally sucks and yes, the fever was the WORST. I didn't bother to try breaking it for the same reason but man did I feel better when it finally did!
