i know this is easier said than done, but just be YOU.

There are about eleventy bajillion guys out there that AREN'T the right one for you, and approximately one that IS.

so stop worrying about impressing the ones that don't matter.

If it's God's will for you to find that guy, then you will, as long as you're seeking God and following where He leads. if that's part of the plan, He's not going to forget.

don't sweat it. Be you. 'cause when you DO find the right guy, YOU is what he's going to like. So don't water down the YOU with the NOT YOU.

Meh, I guess you are right. But it's so hard. Y'know? Maybe it's because society implies that a person NEEDS a s/o to be happy. Maybe society's wrong.

Every time I get my hopes up about some decent guy, I get dissapointed. Except for Leif. We actually hooked up. But his decent-ness was a facade. Didn't really exist.

And maybe the one that IS right for me is in Italy. But I haven't had contact with him for a year and a half. And I can't stand to hope that he hasn't hooked up with some other chick.

That did make sense. But sometimes I just get so frustrated.

yeah, i hear ya.

i suppose just keep your persepective. you only get to be single once, (theoretically and hopefully) so enjoy it while you can. there's no sense rushing into a permanent thing, ya know?
