p>I really liked the idea about putting together a basket of sewing stuff for Ivy and was trying to think of what to fill it with. Inspired by these Decole sewing boxes I made one using a plain wooden box from the craft store, painted white and adorned with some of my precious decals from my only issue of Cotton and Paint. that mrs. weasley part was so great, just in that i loved how fierce she became.

i have had TONS of weird dreams like that, when i have stayed up reading something really very long. if i read a several hundred page book during the day, it's fine. if i do it at night, my brain becomes almost feverish.

I love, love, love those sewing boxes! I've decided to make more of M.E.'s Christmas presents this year, and a pretty sewing box like that would be a perfect gift. I have a Cotton Time that came with these cute little pics, but I don't remember decals. It also had art to download, and I was really pleased with myself for figuring out how to do it ( ... )
