I had a live review of my shop on Etsy today. They set up a chatroom with a video feature, it was great, so helpful. Pretty much everything they said were things I knew could be improved--my photos were a big one. They had some great tips and ideas. The most gratifying thing was how complimentary they were about my work, that I had great stuff
