So you say you're at capacity (like always), but, really, how much more work can 20 dogs be than 19? You know something will come up and that 20th will just *have* to come home with your mother one day.

yes, but if we'd said, "no, actually, 14 dogs *is* more work than 13", we might not have NINETEEN now. Also, I've forbidden her from going to the pound. This will probably have little effect.
